Q: What time is delivery?
A: Weekend rentals: Friday between 8 AM – 12 PM. Weekly rentals: Saturday between 8 AM – 12 PM.
Q: What time is pickup?
A: Weekend rentals: Sunday between 4 PM – 7 PM. Weekly rentals: Saturday between 4 PM – 7 PM.
Q: Do I need to be home for delivery or pickup?
A: Nope! Just make sure we can access your driveway, porch, or designated drop-off spot.
Q: Can I request a specific delivery time?
A: We deliver in scheduled routes. If you have special needs, contact us and we’ll try to accommodate.
Q: What if I want to extend my rental?
A: Contact us at least 24 hours before pickup. Extensions are subject to availability.
