DAMAGE AND INSURANCE

  • All gear is checked before each rental and should be returned in good condition.

  • Customers are responsible for lost, stolen, or broken items outside of normal wear and tear.

  • Add our Damage Waiver Insurance at checkout for a flat fee to cover accidental damage or loss.

  • With insurance, you can relax knowing you’re protected if something unexpected happens during your rental.

RETURNS

WHEN

We’ll pick up between 4 PM – 7 PM on your last rental day (Sunday for weekends, Saturday for weeklies).

HOW

Just leave everything in the cart outside your rental in the same spot we dropped it off.

CONDITION

Please shake out sand and return items in good condition. (Don’t worry — normal wear & tear is on us!)

LATE\MISSED-PICKUPS

If you need a different pickup time, let us know 24 hrs in advance.

DELIVERY

WHEN

We deliver between 8 AM – 12 PM on your first rental day (Friday for weekend rentals, Saturday for weekly rentals).

WHERE

Straight to your rental property, within our service area (Cape May, Wildwood, Sea Isle, Ocean City, Stone Harbor, Avalon).

HOW

Everything arrives pre-packed in your beach cart, cleaned and checked. Just roll it to the sand and enjoy!
